The category timing and Krayu's position

Category creation in enterprise software follows a predictable arc: a structural problem is identified, a discipline forms around it, infrastructure is built to operationalize the discipline, and a market emerges around that infrastructure.

Program Intelligence is at the discipline-formation stage. The structural problem is well-documented. The analytical models are in development. The infrastructure layer is being built.

Where Krayu is today

Krayu is currently operating at the intersection of advisory practice and platform development:

The Program Intelligence conceptual framework is defined and published.
The Execution Stability Index (ESI) and Risk Acceleration Gradient (RAG) are undergoing controlled validation through synthetic stress testing.
The Signäl platform architecture is established; integration connectors for Jira, Git, ServiceNow and MS Project are in development.
Advisory engagements are active, generating real program telemetry for signal validation.
